Drug Testing
Another new law change in Kansas dealing with employment matters...now probable cause for giving a test includes instances where an employer has a written policy in place, where testing is in the normal course of medical treatment, where the employee has given written consent prior to an accident but then refused testing or where the state or federal law requires testing after an accident....
You know given this law change, coupled with the number of employment lawsuits that have been filed in the KC metro area, it just seems very important to stay on top of the latest employment law developments. Time for another visit to your local Dr. of employment law.............
