Folks...breaking news........a brand new decision from Madison County involving asbestos........for the first time in a long time that "hot-bed" of litigation has brought back a defense verdict! Perhaps there is hope for contractors that they can believe the titlewave of litigation brought forth can be stemmed by aggresive defense attorneys? Naw, just one case and all cases must be decided on their own merit, so do not read much into it. But there may be just a glimmer of hope...............
