Chinese Drywall litigation heating up?!
The litigation issues regarding Chinese drywall are on the rise and now Congress is looking into relief for taxpayers...a plan to hold the makers accountable. But will this litigation get lost in the health care debate?
In the interim the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana appears to be one of the key jurisdictions to follow as this unfortunate situation unfolds...............
